Wilden Italy was founded in 1995 by the Cropelli family, who are still at the helm of the company, as the Italian subsidiary of the German Wilden AG company operating in the field of injection moulding of plastics. The company was subsequently structured to supply hi-tech products to the automotive and medical thermoplastic industries.

The acquisition of Flowservice in 2006 enriched the technological expertise offered to customers, through the supply of rapid prototyping in epoxy resin and thermoplastic injection simulation.

In 2007 Wilden Italy became independent of its German subsidiary and extended its production chain by expanding its service markets.

In 2021, Wilden Italy, together with the Plastics Division of Sulbiate, was merged into a new company called Wilden S.r.l. and became part of the Argomm Group.
