Privacy Policy pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR)

Dear User,

The personal data you provide to Argomm S.p.A. shall be processed in compliance with the personal data protection laws, pursuant to Leg. Decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy Code), Leg. Decree no. 101/2018 as amended, and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR). In particular, we inform you that:

    the personal data requested by the forms on the Argomm S.p.A. website, for the acquisition of commercial information about the products developed and marketed, or for the selection of personnel, shall be processed, in whatever form they are provided, only by the personnel appointed by Argomm S.p.A exclusively for the purpose stated in the acquisition form.

The methods and types of data with which Argomm S.p.A. shall acquire personal data are as follows:

  • Request for commercial information: as soon as the email address to which the request is to be sent is indicated, only the sender's email address is acquired by the mail servers used by Argomm as well as any other information voluntarily entered by the sender in the email in order to be contacted;
  • Sending of unsolicited curriculum vitae: the personal data necessary and sufficient for the correct archiving of CVs in order to facilitate the search for the required profiles based exclusively on professional experience. No sensitive data is requested.

Upon your authorisation, Argomm S.p.A. may process your personal data for sending information or promotional material (mailings and newsletters) relating exclusively to its business activities, without prejudice to the possibility of refusing such use by exercising, free of charge and at any time, the right to object to such use pursuant to article 130, paragraph 4, of Leg. Decree no 196/2003 and article 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016, in the manner indicated below.

    Some of the personal data in the unsolicited application form are compulsory, as they are indispensable for the unequivocal identification of the data subject concerned; the failure to provide this data may make it impossible to proceed and therefore to interact with Argomm S.p.A.

The data provided by the data subject shall only be accessed by:

  • the resources strictly designated by Argomm S.p.A. to carry out the procedure requested by the data subject according to the type of request;
  • the system technicians of Aruba S.p.A., the datacentre where the database on which the website physically resides (for this purpose, appointed as external data processors pursuant to article 28 of GDPR 679/2016);
  • the technical staff of Multi-Consult S.r.l as developer and maintainer of the website (for this purpose, appointed as external data processor pursuant to article 28 of GDPR 679/2016).

With regard to the security of the processing, Argomm S.p.A. as per the documentation of compliance with article 31 of GDPR 2016/679, applies all the security measures deemed appropriate to meet the principles of privacy by design and by default in order to minimise unauthorised access and theft or loss of the personal data.

No computer techniques are used on this website for the automatic acquisition of personal data identifying the user or profiling systems. The software used to run this website only uses session cookies and analytical cookies (in particular, Google Analytics cookies). Session (or navigation) cookies are technical cookies, which are necessary to ensure the optimal functioning and correct use of the website. They are strictly functional for the transmission of session identifiers, consisting of random numbers generated by the server, which do not allow any personal identification of individual users. Session cookies are not stored permanently on the user's server and are not retained after the browser is closed. Google Analytics cookies (which are considered to be the same as technical cookies by the Italian Data Protection Authority) are used to perform statistical analyses in aggregate form on how users navigate the site and to collect anonymous information on the use of the website (e.g. pages visited, number of hits, etc.). The Joint Data Controllers process the results of these analyses anonymously and for statistical purposes only. The provider of the analysis services via Google Analytics is Google Inc. (“Google”). The data generated by Google Analytics are stored by Google, as indicated in its own policy on the use of cookies. As independent data controller of the Google Analytics service, Google Inc. provides its own privacy policy. To disable analytical cookies and to prevent Google Analytics from collecting your browsing data, you can download the browser add-on for deactivating Google Analytics from https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We inform you, however, that disabling session cookies or analytical cookies may cause the website to malfunction and limit its usability.     This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular with Google. The transfer is authorised according to specific decisions of the European Union and the Data Protection Authority, in particular EU Decision no. 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield), for which no additional consent is required. The aforementioned companies are certified by Privacy Shield.

    Your data will ordinarily be processed solely for the purposes indicated above in order to protect the security and confidentiality of the data. The same data, moreover, will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed for the conclusion of the procedure (for a time in any case not exceeding 1 (one) year from the date of acquisition), on the servers of Aruba Spa, Via San Clemente, 53 - 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG) VAT no. 01573850516 - Tax Code  04552920482 allocated at the datacentre owned by Global Cloud Data Centre IT3 in Bergamo.

In addition to the above, the data may be disclosed to third parties in the following cases:

  • where required for any mandatory obligations required by law as a result of provisions within ongoing or future legal proceedings:
  • to the judicial authorities upon specific request;
  • in order to assert, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to third parties for the purposes of fraud prevention and credit risk reduction);
  • to any prospective purchasers of any of our businesses or assets with the sale of a business unit.

Visitors to the website, in their capacity as data subjects, may exercise their rights under articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 of the EU Regulation by virtue of which they may request and obtain information about their data, the purposes and methods of processing, updating, rectification, integration, erasure, anonymisation and blocking, the data retention period and, at their discretion, object to the processing of their data or withdraw their consent to the processing of their data (article 7 of the EU Regulation) by sending the relevant request by email to the PEC email: hr.argomm@PEC.it

The data subject shall also have the right to lodge a complaint/report/appeal with the Italian Data Protection Authority pursuant to articles 141 et seq. of the Privacy Code and article 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016. In order to exercise his/her rights, the Data Subject may use the assistance of natural persons, entities, associations or bodies, by granting them a written proxy for this purpose. The Data Subject may also be assisted by a trusted person.
